We are seeking a motivated LinkedIn Sales Outreach specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LinkedIn outreach strategies for lead generation
• Create personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
• Engage with prospects through meaningful conversations and content
• Maintain and optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility
• Track and analyze outreach metrics to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with sales team to qualify and nurture leads
• Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and algorithm changes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in LinkedIn sales outreach or similar role
• Proven track record of generating leads through LinkedIn
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to craft personalized, engaging messages
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
